4. We've got your mortgage roadmap! This isn't our first drive - we give you milestones and dates so you can see the trail ahead and you know what to expect.
5. Updates, get your updates! We'll let you know immediately if something major happens or you need to take action. Regular Thursday updates to you and your realtor will keep in the loop.
6. Use the Wayfinder. Think of it like a divining rod for credit, except completely different. This tool uses your credit info and helps us create scenarios that may help improve your credit.
7. Close your loan away from your new home! We work with some fantastic title companies that have national networks. Sit down in Oregon and close on your home in Michigan!
8. We're here after the loan, too. Your friendly JPAL lender will reach out to ensure everything is running smoothly - we want to make sure you're set up for success!
