What’s in the job:

We are currently looking for servant-hearted individuals to join our mortgage team! As a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) for JPAL your days will be an adventure! You will work side-by-side with a supportive and dynamic team that will assist in your growth and development while enhancing your current skills and growing new ones. You’ll be tasked with developing leads, crafting an amazing mortgage, and leading buyers and homeowners through the process.

• Do you like business development and meeting others? You will spend time networking with Centers of Influence in the community to help build your brand. You will have the flexibility and opportunity to be an entrepreneur and leader in the community.

• Are you curious? We’re looking for people who are not only driven to succeed but also have a desire to learn and grow as a person.
• Do you like to have fun? This is a pre-requisite and qualification you must have. It’s part of our core values!
